In 2021 our training division celebrated several achievements that have provided our students with some amazing outcomes. General Manager Aram Sahakian was thrilled with the results his team produced in 2021.
“We achieved some great in things in 2021 despite all of the challenges. Importantly, we remained profitable and this is thanks to the dedication of our team across Australia. Our compliance team were also put under the microscope by ASQA and we emerged from these audits with fantastic results” Mr Sahakian said.
Back in June, Tracmin ran its first Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115) course at its Perth headquarters. Of the 11 participants in the course, all 11 were successful in securing employment upon graduating from their studies. This is an outstanding outcome for all involved and especially our students who have gained valuable and in-demand skills who are now in the field supporting those who need it. Congratulations as well to our trainer for this course, Loveleen, who helped facilitate such a fantastic outcome.
The training team also navigated various lockdowns around the country and were still able to deliver courses for over 1100 students across the 15+ qualifications that our RTO’s offer.
2021 also saw ASG move towards paperless applications and enrolments. Due to launch in early 2022, this system being developed in-house will produce business efficiencies and allow students to enrol without the need for any hard-copy forms.
Finally, in late 2021 the training division expanded its marketing capability with the recruitment of an experienced marketer in Alexandra Byrnes. Alex has a background in tertiary education with a focus on social media, digital and events. Her skill set will be valuable in helping ASG develop and grow its training business in 2022 and beyond.
With the focus on building our capability during a tough 2021, ASG’s training division is positioned to capitalise on a strong training market in 2022.
